I was hoping I could be proved wrong about this place because I never buy from small dealerships. I was right, I... shoulve just payed more money and saved myself time and headaches. I was sold a car that had a minor issue and was promised to be fixed within 2-3 days. I signed on the dotted line and then the person went ghost and never herd from him again. I wasted time and tons of money getting rental for all those days. To top all that I still have not had my car loan paid that I sold to them so I am currently still paying a car payment for a car I don’t have but they have on the showroom floor for sale. The only reason I’m putting two starts instead of one is because Pedro was an amazing person who was professional and empathetic. Even though this huge problem had nothing to do with him he took the initiative and helped me through the process. Thank you Pedro! I think the problem has to do with management and taking better care of this transactions. Will be looking for my second vehicle somewhere else.Update 3/12/23. Rafael communicated the issue with the loan payoff and he was right about that situation and handled it appropriately. Hoping some training can resolve the communication issue so it does not happen to anyone else. He took the time to make contact which is much appreciated and show professionalism.read more

I bought a 2014 Mustang Convertible. When I called, I was helped by a person who said that he would transfer me to... Pedro, because he knew everything about the car. Pedro was very helpful and sent me a video of the car with details, that he just made, specially for me. Not some standard video. I went in to go see the car and the whole process went very smooth. Pedro is very knowledgeable. At some point in the negotiations he of course needed to talk to his boss, Rafael, who is also the owner and with the 3 of us we came to an agreement.From then it only got better. There were some small little things that needed to be done to the car that we agreed on up front and I would pick up the car the next day. As I was using a rental, I had to drop it off at the airport. Pedro organized an Uber for me.Everything we discussed was done to my fullest satisfaction and so I drove off. This was not the end of the perfect service. I noticed that the electric chair would move forward and back, but not up and down. I called Pedro, and all was fixed.If I ever need an other car, or if I can recommend them to a friend, I will go to Phoenix Legit Motorsports and will ask for Pedro.read more

I purchased my car back in July. Experience at dealership was good, fast and easy BUT AFTER I LEFT EVERYTHING WENT DOWN... HILL!!!!!!!! A.C stopped working within days after I purchased then I started having BIGGER issues with the car. At the time of the purchase I was told I was getting the full auto protection. I called to file a claim and they informed me I wasn't covered "in full". This is really upsetting as I know auto protection needs to be purchased on a used car because something can go wrong. I called the dealer they told me to take it in and they would fix it. It took them almost 2 days to have it "fixed". It was good for almost a week then broke again. I preferred to save myself a hassle with them and took elsewhere to get fixed. Now something else came up called to file another claim and that isn't covered either. I made sure I told the seller I wanted the full auto protection and he agreed many times, come to find out I have the cheapest coverage and now I have a car that DOES NOT WORK!!! MAKE SURE EVERYTHING THEY ARE TELLING YOU MATCHES EVERYTHING YOU ARE SIGNING AS THEY CANT BE TRUSTED WHEN THEY SAY "please sign here"read more

It started with me placing a $500 deposit down on a car. I agreed on full asking price. Once I paypal’d the money,... the owner went dark for 48 hours. Zero contact or replies to my calls or messages. I originally thought it was a scam, and then on the 3rd day, I got some crazy story about assets being frozen and unable to refund my money or sell me the vehicle. The person claiming to be the owner of this dealership said was going to have a friend return my money since he was under some crazy investigation and needed some time to clear everything up. It’s Such a crazy story it’s actually pretty unbelievable. But For the fun of it I reached out again today to see if the vehicle was able to be sold (like he asked me to do) and found out the owner blocked me on Facebook. I’m 100% sure he just got an offer over asking price, and sold to someone else.. at least I got my deposit back, but the crazy part is, I probably would have understood if he communicated well, and I know I would have outbid anyone else on the vehicle.read more
